Booking Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel a booked courier service must do so within a specified timeframe before the scheduled pickup time. The cancellation timeframe and applicable charges are as follows:

  • Cancellation requested 1 hours before pickup: 90% refund.
  • Due to nature of service "NO REFUND","NO CANCELLATION" will be provided post-delivery of the shipment.

Refund Process

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

Service Disruptions

In the event of service disruptions or delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances), customers will be provided with the option to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking courier services. If a booking cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
